| dc.description | La presente tesis denominada “Evaluación y mejoramiento del sistema de control interno en la Caja de Ahorro y Crédito Ecos del Huallil” pretende combinar una experiencia organizacional con conceptos teóricos para sustentar la legitimidad de un proceso encaminado a mejorar la calidad de vida de la población. En primera instancia es importante comprender que en los actuales momentos las organizaciones sociales se encuentran en pleno auge tanto por el sustento legal (Constitución de la República y la Ley Orgánica de Economía Popular y Solidaria) cuanto por el aporte significativo que genera en beneficio de diversificar social y económicamente en el alcance de horizontes u objetivos planificados democrática y participativamente. La caja de ahorro y crédito “Ecos del Huallil” ha sido constituida con el afán de permitir un desarrollo conjunto de sus asociados, sin embargo para el manejo financiero se han utilizado estrategias poco técnicas, en ese sentido este trabajo pretende ser un aporte para fortalecer el aspecto organizacional así como el adecuado manejo contable. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis entitled "Evaluating and Improving Internal Control System in the Savings and Loan Huallil Echoes" aims to combine organizational experience with theoretical concepts to support the legitimacy of a process aimed at improving the quality of life of the population. In the first instance it is important to understand that at the present time social organizations are booming both the legal foundation (Constitution of the Republic and the Organic Law of People's Solidarity Economy) As for the significant contribution that generates the benefit of diversifying socially and economically in the scope or objectives planned horizons democratic and participatory. The savings and credit "Echoes of Huallil" has been formed with the aim of allowing a joint development of its members, however for financial management strategies have been used some techniques in that sense this work aims to contribute to strengthening the organizational and accounting management right. | es_ES |
