| dc.description | El principal objetivo de este trabajo es dar una visión general sobre las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas "PYME”, partiendo de un estudio de las PYMES en América Latina, a continuación, centrándose en el estudio de la situación de este tipo de empresas en el Ecuador. Por esta razón en esta tesis se describen las principales características de las PYMES así como las deficiencias y problemas que enfrentan estas empresas en crecimiento en el mercado local al momento de solicitar una fuente de financiamiento. También esta tesis proporciona una guía general que incluye los pasos para identificar y aplicar los principios contables, financieros y administrativos en las pequeñas empresas con el fin de lograr una adecuada fuente de financiamiento que pueden ser obtenidas de recursos externos o internos, formales o informales que se encuentran disponibles en el Mercado Ecuatoriano. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this work is to give a general vision on Small and Medium Companies “PYME”, starting of a study of the PYMES in Latin America, next, being centered in the study of the situation of this type of companies in Ecuador. Therefore in this thesis to the main characteristics of the PYMES as well as the deficiencies and problems are described that face these companies in growth in the local market at the time of asking for a financing source.
