| dc.description | El presente trabajo de tesis comprende la Auditoría Financiera a Comercial Ávila Ochoa CIA. LTDA. del 1 de Enero al 31 de Diciembre de 2011. La tesis parte de los antecedentes de la empresa objeto de examen, además se tratan aspectos teóricos fundamentales acerca de la Auditoría Financiera y todos los elementos necesarios para respaldar el trabajo. Posteriormente, se desarrolla el proceso de Auditoría Financiera a Comercial Ávila Ochoa, el mismo que comprende las siguientes etapas: la planificación de la auditoría, dividida en la planificación estratégica donde se estudian las principales actividades que desarrolla la empresa; y la planificación detallada donde se realiza la evaluación del control interno y se elaboran los programas de auditoría, para seguir con la aplicación de los mismos en la etapa de ejecución de la auditoría para la obtención de evidencia y la determinación de los hallazgos. A continuación, se hace constar la etapa de comunicación de resultados que incluye el informe de auditoría, el dictamen sobre la razonabilidad de los Estados Financieros y todos los documentos que respaldan dicho informe. Finalmente, se hacen constar las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la tesis, que ayudarán a la empresa para la acertada toma de decisiones. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present thesis work comprises the financial audit to commercial Avila Ochoa CIA. LTDA. from January 1 to December 31, 2011. The thesis is based on the background of the company under review, also discusses theoretical basics about the financial audit and all the necessary elements to support the work. Subsequently, the financial audit process develops commercial Avila Ochoa, which comprises the following stages: the planning of the audit, divided into strategic planning will study where the main activities developed by the company; and the detailed planning where the assessment of the internal control and audit programs, are prepared to continue with the implementation of them in the implementation phase of the audit for the obtaining of evidence and the determination of the findings. Then it is noted the stage of communication of results that includes the audit report, the opinion on the fairness of the financial statements and all documents that support such report. Finally, are noted the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis, that will help the company for successful decision making. | es_ES |
