| dc.description | La educación inclusiva busca dar respuesta a la heterogeneidad educativa como un derecho humano y ciudadano, proponiendo la participación sin discriminación de ninguna índole. Parte importante para lograr este cometido de la inclusión en el ámbito educativo es la actitud que exprese el docente, donde tiene que actuar como modelo y punto de referencia en el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje. El propósito de este trabajo es determinar la actitud del docente frente a los estudiantes de inclusión, para lograr este objetivo se utilizó un enfoque cuali- cuantitativo, con el fin de analizar y describir la actitud docente. El proceso investigativo se realizó en la Unidad Educativa “Dolores J Torres” con un universo de cuarenta docentes de Educación General Básica. Se aplicó una escala tipo Lickert constituida por setenta y nueve ítems para medir la actitud del docente hacia los estudiantes de inclusión y la disposición actitudinal del maestro hacia el currículo y sus componentes en el ámbito de la inclusión. Los resultados que se obtuvieron demuestran que los docentes presentan una actitud positiva frente a los estudiantes de inclusión educativa con algún tipo de discapacidad o de diferente grupo étnico; en lo referente al currículo por parte de los docentes existe una actitud positiva sobre todo al momento de adaptar los contenidos y emplear estrategias metodológicas en respuesta a la necesidad de los estudiantes. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Inclusive education seeks to meet the educational heterogeneity as a human right and citizen participation proposing without discrimination of any kind. Important to achieve this goal of inclusion in education part is the attitude that expresses the teacher, which must act as a model and reference point in the teaching - learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the attitude of the teacher in front of students for inclusion, to achieve this objective; a qualitative -quantitative, approach to analyze and describe the teaching approach was used. The research process was conducted in the “Dolores Torres J " Educational Unit with a universe of forty basic general education teachers. Lickert type scale consisting of seventy-nine items to measure the attitude of teachers towards inclusion students and teacher attitudinal disposition toward curriculum and its components in the field of inclusion was applied. The results obtained show that teachers have a positive attitude towards educational inclusion of students with disabilities or different ethnic group , in relation to the curriculum by teaching a positive attitude, especially when adapt content and methodological strategies used in response to the need of students. | es_ES |
