| dc.description | El desarrollo de la investigación ha sido realizado en base al reconocimiento del matrimonio igualitario en el Ecuador, lo establecido en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador 2008 Art.68 en donde se refiere que la adopción corresponderá sólo a parejas de distinto sexo y hasta el momento no se ha realizado reforma alguna a la norma y tampoco un análisis con relación al impacto social que pueda generar dicha institución. La metodología empleada ha sido en parte cualitativa en cuanto al enfoque de la presente investigación de manera que he recolectado y analizado datos para el desarrollo del tema, así también se han abierto nuevas interrogantes. El método cuantitativo se ha asociado en las variables dentro de los resultados de la investigación. Los instrumentos que utilicé en la investigación son las entrevistas, las cuales han sido dirigidas a jueces de la Unidad Judicial de Familia, Mujer, Niñez y Adolescencia, integrantes de la comunidad religiosa y de la comunidad LGBTIQ+ logrando determinar las posibles causas de la presente investigación. Luego del siguiente estudio es importante destacar que podemos contribuir con el análisis en cuanto a la situación de adopción en la que se encuentran los niños, niñas y adolescentes del Ecuador para poder formar una familia y de esta manera se puedan desarrollar dentro de un entorno digno, además que se considere la importancia del Derecho de Familia para futuras investigaciones. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The development of the research has been carried out based on the recognition of equal marriage in Ecuador, the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador 2008 Art.68 where it refers that adoption will correspond only to different sex couples and so far there has been no reform to the rule and no analysis in relation to the social impact that this institution can generate. The methodology used has been partly qualitative in terms of the approach of the present research so that I have collected and analyzed data for the development of the topic, so also new questions have been opened. The quantitative method has been associated in the variables within the results of the research. The instruments I used in the research are the interview, which have been directed to judges, members of the religious community and the LGBTIQ+ community to determine the possible causes of this research. After the following study, it is important to highlight that we can contribute to the analysis of the adoption situation of children and adolescents in Ecuador in order to be able to form a family and thus be able to develop within a dignified environment, in addition to considering the importance of Family Law for future research. | en_US |
