| Abstract: | ABSTRACT
Theme: Integral Attention health model of familiar-communitary and intercultural health “MAIS-FCI” at health Center N°1 at Azogues 2009-2011’.
Objective: Value that the model of health attention (MAIS) has had, analyzing the intervention in the health factors and the attention given to people at the Health Center N° 1 at Azogues.
Method and Materials: This is a descriptive and observational study, that tries to give and answer to the indicators, it analyzes what is happening without interfering with its conditions and its dominant factors in cause-effect relation.
For its analyze and test process, quantitative methods has been used with the family given by the MSP.
The family was given to all the Azogues families and to the suburbs that depend of the Health Center N°1 making emphasis to the kind of illness and to the calcification of the biological, sanitary and socioeconomical risks, also giving importance to the participation of the families and of the community with the achieved compromises.
Results: With the health model “MAIS-FCI” implemented at 2008, now it is part of the Political Constitution of Ecuador, it will be financed by the State it is based at APS renovated, there are norms and strategies, process and with integral resources (promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation) with quality to the families, to the community and environment promoting social participation.
It is carried by the basic equipment of health aplicated to families file with visits to the houses , because of being a new model in our country it is expected to reduce the maternal and neonatal mortality to a 35%. Reduce the teen pregnancy at a 25% and reduce the consume of dirty water and with this reduce the respiratory infections too.
Conclusions: With the implementation of the health model, that is characterized by being integral, familiar, communitary and intercultural, the attentions is given to all the population, trying to reach the health determinants, by the promotion the people and the future generations can be owners of their health.

| Resumen : | Objetivo: Valorar los logros del Modelo de Atención de Salud (MAIS-FC) a través de la ficha familiar; y a su vez analizar cómo está influyendo en la promoción, prevención en la atención médica que brinda el Centro de Salud N°1 de Azogues. Métodos y Materiales: El estudio utilizado es descriptivo de tipo observacional, pues trata de dar respuesta a los indicadores, busca analizar al fenómeno estudiado sin alterar sus condiciones y sus factores dominantes en relación causa-efecto. Para su análisis y procesamiento de formularios, se utilizó metodologías cuantitativas por medio de la Ficha Familiar implementada por el MSP. La misma que fue aplicada a todas las familias del cantón Azogues y sus parroquias urbano-marginales que dependen del Centro de Salud N ° 1, sobre todo poniendo énfasis en la calificación de los riesgos biológicos (enfermedades), sanitarios, socioeconómicos, la valoración de la participación comunitaria y los compromisos cumplidos tanto de la unidad operativa como de las familias. Resultados: El Nuevo Modelo de Salud MAIS-FC se implementó en el año 2008, en concordancia parte de la Constitución Política, y es financiado por el Estado. Está basado en APS Renovada que es un conjunto de normas, estrategias procedimientos y recursos con un enfoque integrado e integral (promoción, prevención, curación y rehabilitación) con calidad y calidez que se aplica en la familia, comunidad y medio ambiente promoviendo la participación social. Se Levantaron 4030 fichas familiares, y se dieron 5076 visitas domiciliarias, se ha incrementado notablemente del 2008 al 2011 en la promoción y prevención de la salud por ejemplo: Inmunizaciones del 102.3% al 112.6%; Control del Niño Sano del 119.5% al 285%; Planificación Familiar del 73.4% al 210.3% entre otras. Conclusiones: Con la implementación del modelo de salud, cuyas características son: Integral, familiar, comunitario e Intercultural; se está brindando atención a toda la población de la ciudad de Azogues, tratando de mejorar la calidad de vida, no solo desde el punto de vista curativo sino también a través de la promoción, para que las futuras generaciones sean las dueñas del cuidado y manejo de su salud. Se lo lleva a cabo a través de los Equipos Básicos de Salud con aplicación de la Ficha Familiar y las visitas domiciliarias. Al ser un modelo que recién se está aplicando en nuestro país se espera para el año 2013: disminuir la mortalidad materna y neonatal en un 35%, reducir los embarazos en adolescentes en un 25%, bajar la tasa de mortalidad por consumo de agua insegura, por infecciones respiratorias entre las más importantes.au |
