dc.description | Antecedentes: la sobrecarga de trabajo y las altas exigencia laborales han provocado que muchos médicos, enfermeras e internos sientan un desgaste tanto físico como emocional derivado de la ansiedad y el estrés laboral que soportan. Objetivo general: determinar la frecuencia de ansiedad y estrés laboral en médicos, enfermeras e internos del Hospital Básico de Paute en el año 2021. Metodología: estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal. El universo fue constituido por médicos, enfermeras e internos del Hospital Básico de Paute. Se utilizaron cuestionarios con validación internacional para determinar trastorno de ansiedad generalizada “GAD-7” y estrés laboral “Inventario de estrés de Wolfgang para profesionales de la salud”. Se construyó una base de datos utilizando el programa Microsoft Office Excel 2013 y se analizó utilizando el software estadístico IBM SPSS Stadistics V.25. Los datos se presentaron a manera de tablas simples y se empleó estadística descriptiva para su análisis. Resultados: la media de edad de los 107 participantes fue de 31,6 años ( 9,1 años), el 71% fueron mujeres. El 67,3% presentó ansiedad, siendo los síntomas leves los más frecuentes (29%). El 77,6% presentó estrés de moderado a severo, siendo el más frecuente el estrés moderado (54,2%). Conclusiones: Se encontró una alta frecuencia de ansiedad y estrés laboral en la población de estudio. Las mujeres presentaron mayor frecuencia de ansiedad y estrés laboral que los hombres. El grupo “otros” dentro de los cargos hospitalarios presentó el mayor porcentaje de ansiedad y estrés laboral. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Background: the overload of work and high work demands have caused many doctors, nurses and interns to feel both physical and emotional exhaustion derived from the anxiety and work stress they endure. General Objective: to determine the frequency of anxiety and work stress in doctors, nurses and interns of the Basic Hospital of Paute in the year 2021. Methodology: a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The universe was made up of doctors, nurses and interns from the Basic Hospital of Paute. Internationally validated questionnaires were used to determine generalized anxiety disorder “GAD 7” and work stress “Wolfgang stress inventory for health professionals”. A database was constructed using the Microsoft Office Excel 2013 program and analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics V.25 statistical software. The data were presented as simple tables and descriptive statistics were used for their analysis. Results: the mean age of the 107 participants were 31,6 years ( 9,1 years), 71% were women. The 67,3% of the participant presented anxiety, with mild symptoms being the most frequent (29%). The 77,6% of the participants presented moderate to severe stress, the most frequent being moderate stress (54,2%). Conclusions: A high frequency of anxiety and work stress was found in the study population. Women presented a higher frequency of anxiety and work stress than men. The group "others" within hospital positions presented the highest percentage of anxiety and work stress. | en_US |
