| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The works carried out in the field of professional music production are mostly carried out with extensive and expensive equipment, both software and hardware. The object of study of this project sought to present the recording of four musical themes in the metal genre, using alternative digital techniques and resources. For this purpose, we worked on the basis of objectives such as research and selection of digital tools, approach to methodologies for the use of said resources in music recording and their use, as well as the editing of the recorded material, its preparation and optimization for a potential future post-production stage. The methodology and techniques that were applied include the bibliographic review of the background in the use of digital tools, the investigation of professional opinions of the same and their use in a basic and / or limited environment to make a high-quality musical recording. The results obtained from this project include a recognition of alternatives in digital tools for music production and their application to the production of record material in the metal genre. This project concludes the feasibility of using software in a musical production that preserves sound quality in the face of possible time and budget limitations. | en_US |
