dc.description | ANTECEDENTES: El desarrollo infantil involucra las capacidades de los niños en todos los ámbitos de su desarrollo tanto cognitivo, motor, social, lenguaje y de autoayuda.Además, la manera de cómo aprenden a dirigir sus emociones. En la presente investigación se evaluódel desarrollo infantil en niños de 0 a 5 años de edad que asisten a losCentros de Salud el Valle y Sayausí, mediante la prueba de evaluación del desarrollo infantil EDI que valora 5 ejes principales: los factores de riesgo biológico, señales de alerta, áreas de desarrollo, exploración neurológica y las señales de alarma.OBJETIVO GENERAL:Evaluar el desarrollo infantil en niños de 0 a 5 años de edad que asisten a los Centros de Salud El Valle y Sayausí.METODOLOGÍA:Estudio descriptivo, cuantitativo prospectivo, se realizóun Screening del desarrollo infantil en niños de 0 a 5 años de edad, que asisten a los centros de salud El Valle y Sayausí. Para la recolección de información se utilizódiferentes plataformas digitales como: Google meet y Zoom. El análisis de datos se ejecutómediante tablas o gráficos a través del programa Microsoft Excel y para analizar, procesar datos obtenidos el programa del software IBM SPSSStatistics 23.RESULTADOS:El estudio se realizó con una muestra de 50 niños y niñas de los cuales el 66% corresponden al sexo masculino y el 34% alsexo femenino. Según la clasificación de la evaluación del desarrollo infantil “EDI”,un 48% presenta desarrollo normalo verde, el 28% rezago en el desarrollo o amarilloy el 24%riesgo de retraso del desarrolloo rojo. Además, una alta incidencia en presencia de sangrados, infección oenfermedades durante el embarazo como factor de riego biológico más relevante. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | BACKGROUND: Child development involves children's capacities in all areas of their cognitive, motor, social, language and self-help development. Also, how they learn to direct their emotions. In this research, the evaluation of child development was carried out in children from 0 to 5 years of age who attend the El Valle and Sayausí Health Centers, through the EDI child development evaluation test that assesses 5 main axes: the factors of biohazard, warning signs, developmental areas, neurological examination and warning signs.OVERALL OBJECTIVE: Evaluate child development in children from 0 to 5 years of agewho attend the El Valle and SayausíHealth Centers.METHODOLOGY: A descriptive, quantitative prospective study, a screening of child development was carried out in children from 0 to 5 years of age, who attend the El Valle and Sayausí health centers. Different digital platforms were used to collect information, such as: Google meet and Zoom. The data analysis was carried out using tables or graphs through the Microsoft Excel program and to analyze, process data obtained using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software program.USE OF RESULTS: The study was carried out with a sample of 50 boys and girls, of which 66% correspond to males and 34% to females. According to the classification of the child development assessment "EDI", 48% present normal or green development, 28% developmental delay or yellow and 24% risk of developmental delay or red.
