dc.description | Antecedentes: La enfermedad más frecuente en las mujeres es el cáncer de mama, razón por la cual se ha convertido en un problema de salud pública tanto en países en desarrollo como en países desarrollados. El diagnóstico de esta enfermedad causa graves repercusiones en la paciente y su familia, causando incertidumbre, inseguridad, desconfianza acerca de condiciones futuras, lo cual implica desarrollar patologías y trastornos emocionales. Objetivo general: Determinar la Incertidumbre en mujeres diagnosticadas con cáncer de mama atendidas en el “Hospital José Carrasco Arteaga” septiembre 2019 – abril 2020, Cuenca. Materiales y métodos: El presente estudio es descriptivo transversal de enfoque cuantitativo, en el cual se trabajó con una muestra de 82 mujeres atendidas en el Hospital “José Carrasco Arteaga”. Como instrumento de investigación se utilizó el test validado en las ciencias de enfermería para determinar la Incertidumbre en la enfermedad de la Dra. Merle Mishel; los datos se analizaron estadísticamente mediante el programa SPSS V15. Resultados: De acuerdo a los datos obtenidos de las mujeres encuestadas con Diagnostico de Cancer de Mama mediante un estudio cuantitativo, con alcance descriptivo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal con una poblacion de 82 pacientes se concluye que tienen un bajo nivel de incertidumbre con una representacion del 55 % de las participantes, el 16% con nivel de incertidumbre indiferente y el 29% presenta un nivel de incertidumbre alta. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Background: The most common disease in women is breast cancer which has become a public health problem in both developing and developed countries. The diagnosis of this disease causes serious repercussions on the patient and her family, resulting in uncertainty, insecurity, mistrust of future conditions, which involves developing pathologies and emotional disorders. General objective: Determine the Uncertainty in women diagnosed with breast cancer treated at the "Jose Carrasco Arteaga Hospital " September 2019 - April 2020, Cuenca. Materials and methods: This study is a cross-cutting descriptive of quantitative approach, in which a sample of 82 women attended at the Hospital "José Carrasco Arteaga" were taken to be part of this study. The validated test in nursing sciences was used as a research tool to determine Uncertainty in Dr. Merle Mishel's disease; the data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS V15 program. Results: According to the data obtained from the women surveyed with Breast Cancer Diagnosis by means of a quantitative study, with descriptive scope, non-experimental design of cross section with a population of 82 patients it is concluded that they have a low level of uncertainty with a representation of 55% of the participants, 16% with indifferent level of uncertainty and 29% present a high level of uncertainty. | en_US |
