This graduation project presents a study regarding the difficulties that students face at the moment of analyzing and solving problems about dynamical systems in the subject of Analytical Mechanics. Thus, a qualitative approach has been chosen. The techniques used to gather information were: focus groups and interviews applied to students and teachers, respectively. The results indicate that the difficulties, in one hand, appear at the moment of interpreting diagrams or images that are commonly used in textbooks in order to represent tridimensional dynamical systems and, in other hand, the lack of previous knowledge in both Mathematics and Physics. It motivates to the creation of a proposal through the construction of didactical resources, especially specific material which have their own teaching guide distributed in ten classes where multiple activities are suggested to address diverse topics that in turn are based in constructivist theories: “Meaningful Learning” by Ausubel and “Sociocultural Theory” by Vygotsky. Moreover, the proposed resources accomplish their motivating function; for the teacher at the moment of explaining the theorical part or when the students used them in order to analyze and solve problems about dynamical systems in a way that allows ameliorating the comprehension and the overview of these phenomena.
