| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | The initial stage of learning and approaching for high strings, traditionally for students and teachers, has become a didactic process of imitation and unconscious assimilation. Inside recent relaxation and body control are equally important. Under this new vision, the instrument and the bow must become a "simple" extension of the body, simple in metaphorical meaning, because in fact it is a very complex reality. It is important that violinists and musicians in general, could reeducate their bodies to achieve freedom of movement, necessary for interpretation. The readiness and the conscious taking of the instrument, lead us to acquire a real and holistic internalization of the processes necessaries to achieve corporal and emotional balance. The results obtained in this research, in greater or lesser extent, show us that all the students that were submitted to the application of our didactic proposal in a periodic and sequential way, ostensibly improved their musical performance, therefore, it can be concluded that the inclusion of consciousness body and mind, is a valid and enriching vision in the artistic life of the interpreters. | es_ES |
