Abstract: | In the present title work called: The teacher as a motivating agent of reading in students, aims to show theoretically the relationship between two categories, from research and bibliographic analysis. For which, in the first place, the motivating teacher is investigated within the constructivist perspective, from this approach the teacher is a mediating agent that develops different characteristics to become a motivator of the educational process and contributes in a positive way in the attitude of the students to acquire reading habits. Secondly, emphasis is placed on the value of reading and the importance of children reading: and the motivations that make the child acquire the reading habit are shown. In third place, the teacher is analyzed as a motivator of reading, evidencing that his main characteristic should be that of being an active reader. Finally, motivating reading strategies are presented that the teacher can use in the classroom to generate enjoyment for it and develop the reading habit. As a conclusion, it is determined that the teacher is one of the essential motivating agents so that the reading process is pleasant for the children, consequently, educator lays the foundations so that students see reading not only as a benefit within the school environment, but as an essential activity at every moment of his life. |
Resumen : | En el presente trabajo de titulación denominado, El docente de aula como un agente motivador de la lectura en los estudiantes, pretende mostrar teóricamente la relación entre dos categorías, a partir de la investigación y análisis bibliográfico. Para lo cual, en primer lugar, se investiga al docente motivador dentro de la perspectiva constructivista, desde este enfoque el maestro es un agente mediador que desarrolla diferentes características para convertirse en un motivador del proceso educativo y contribuye de manera positiva en la actitud de los estudiantes para adquirir hábitos de aprendizaje. En segundo lugar, se hace énfasis en el valor de la lectura y la importancia de que los niños lean; y se muestran cuáles son las motivaciones que hacen que el niño adquiera el hábito lector. En tercer lugar, se analiza al docente como motivador de la lectura, evidenciando que su principal característica debe ser la de ser un lector activo. Por último se presentan estrategias motivadoras de lectura que el docente puede utilizar en el aula de clase para generar disfrute por la misma y desarrollar el hábito lector. Como conclusión, se determina que el docente es uno de los agentes motivadores imprescindibles para que el proceso de la lectura sea placentero para los niños, en consecuencia, el educador sienta las bases para que los estudiantes vean a la lectura no solo como un beneficio dentro del ámbito escolar, sino como una actividad indispensable en cada momento de su vida. |
