Abstract

The present work of degree is to develop the architectural approach of the administrative building FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANTONE MORONA, according to the internal organizational structure and governance processes of the institution, based on principles of modulation and versatility with the aim of achieving flexible spaces, multifunctional and accessible, which will satisfy the requirements of the users at certain times. These design guidelines are reflected in the optimal use and in the options of spatial configuration, as well as an adequate organization of functions and activities. The strategies of design and the principles of modernity applied in the proposed design allow you to get a orderly in its formal membership, achieving the proper handling and application of resources and constructive technologies, projecting an economical solution and austere of easy maintenance, reading space and adaptability. The project expressed themes such as sustainability, the use of urban space and social participation. In its conformation leaves aside the spotlight to search for adapted to the deployment environment and be an active part of the community by promoting its use and appropriation, offering as an alternative to social gathering. In a commitment to the environment the project has been developed with prefabricated technologies that facilitate their mounting, energy saving and pollution is reduced, allowing their subsequent disassembly and recycling once it has met its life cycle, and the rat a green building, recreational functions.
