Estudio de riesgos psicosociales en el personal docente y administrativo de la Unidad Educativa Salesiana María Auxiliadora

Abstract

The study of risk factors is of great importance in the labor ambit, because its identification and evaluation allow us to take the necessary corrections in order to create an environment to enhance the performance and health of the workers. In psychosocial risks evaluation there is still much to do in order to improve the life quality of workers in the educational branch, that is why a risk psychosocial study was held in Unidad Educativa Salesiana “María Auxiliadora”, using the following instruments: F – Psyco, which is a method that involves identification and evaluation of psychosocial risk factors, that offers information about 9 factors: working hours, autonomy, work load, psychological demands, variety/content, participation/supervision, interest for the worker/compensation, roll development, relationships and social support; ISTAS 21 - CoPsoQ is an international instrument for the investigation, evaluation and prevention of the psychosocial risks, it offers information about the psychosocial dimensions of the job and double presence. A statistic tabulation and analysis were applied to the results employing central tendency measurements and scattering in order to determine the tendency and intensity of exposition, and throughout the use of frequency measurements the final levels were stablished, With ISTAS21 it was possible to find out that the personal is unfavorably exposed to the conditions of: insecurity (77.9%); double presence (59.7%) and psychological requirements (51.9), while by the use of FPSICO it was determined that the Psychological risk factors with higher exposition corresponded to: participation/supervision(34%), Psychological demands (28.5%) and working loads (20.8%).
