Percepción de jóvenes sobre la inserción laboral juvenil en el cantón Chordeleg

Abstract

The objective of this study was to know the perception of young people from 18 to 29 years on the insertion of youth in the canton Chordeleg, where the economic crisis of 2014 gender consequences around the equator at the psychological level, social, economic, and especially of education which leads to greater demands for young people to want to be inserted the workforce. The focus of this study was qualitative, with a type of exploratory study of phenomenological nature. In this study, participants were integrated by 15 young people from 18 to 29 years and 5 entrepreneurs of the canton Chordeleg, the instruments used for data collection were the demographic tab and semi-structured interviews with the support of two guides for young people and entrepreneurs. The results obtained on the basis of the objectives show that the process of labor insertion starts with a search on a space available with the help of the media, although other directly delivered folders where contacts or references facilitates the process of insertion, but are exposed to market requirements that are often rigid depending on area in which are inserted to work. The contacts and recommendations are an essential requirement within Chordeleg, according to the theory have little social capital creates a situation of exclusion of young people making the process of youth labor insertion within the Canton Chordeleg.
