Propuesta de un plan de innovación de servicios y promoción turística en el Cuenca Canopy, Ricaurte

Abstract

Cuenca Canopy located in the Bibín sector of Ricaurte parish is considered one of the first and most important establishments offering canopy, arborism and zipline activities within the city of Cuenca. Cuenca Canopy receives a considerable number of visitors from different parts of the country yearly, however, the services and activities that are offered have been maintained unchanged to the present date, which is why a proposal of innovation has been made in them as to improve the experience offered to visitors, therefore, encouraging their early return. The present study raises an intervention proposal regarding the definition of strategies for updating the offered services, the adaptation of spaces and improvement of signage, as well as the proposal to promote them through various activities.
