Análisis del sistema de ventanaje: caso de estudio aplicado a vivienda social en clima de alta montaña sobre 3.000 msnm

Abstract

The main objective of the present study is to define what type of opening allows to improve the interior comfort of social interest housing in the High Lands of Ecuador, using the energy with a very efficiency techniques that allow the real study of the behavior of the house and its interaction with the user and the environment. The methodology used is mixed with observational and quantitative. The case study is located in the High Land Region, Azuay Province, Pucará Canton. The investigation firsts stage allows to define the interior thermal comfort of the windowing system of the current social housing in Ecuador; In the second stage, three windowing models based on local regulations and bioclimatic strategies are proposed, which together, with the current social housing, are examined through the Ecotect Analysis 2011 thermal simulation software, evaluating the average values of outdoor air temperature compiled in seasons (seasons ) winter and summer; These analyzes allow generating responses that are assessed by the thermal comfort indicators that determine the internal thermal discomfort frequency and the hours degree of internal thermal discomfort. The third and final stage is the analysis of the four systems of windows through the buoyancy diagram, resulting in an optimal window model to improve indoor thermal comfort for social housing in high mountain climate.
