In the service and manufacturing industry, several activities could be treated as projects, due to their uniqueness and temporality. In this sense, the brassware service is a clear example of this particularity, thus requiring tools that reduce uncertainty in terms of costs, time and quality. The tempario are important tools for mechanics and dealership services of dealers, allowing determining the cost and the time that will carry out the repair of the vehicle. The purpose of the validation of the tempario is to design a statistical model, which allows defining the preponderant variables to compare the observed times with the times established in the tempario and through a statistical analysis to evaluate if the tempario times are similar or not according to the times real work observed in the body shop. The validation process began with the development stage of the statistical model, where the population under study was identified, the necessary variables and the information was collected by applying a time study. In the second stage, the information obtained was tested and analyzed using the Chi-Square homogeneity hypothesis test. The result of the hypothesis test for the straightening temper concluded that the times obtained by time study are homogeneous with respect to the times established by the tempario. The result for the painting temperament concluded that there is no homogeneity with respect to the times obtained in the study of times.

En la industria de servicios y manufactura, varias actividades podrían tratarse como proyectos, debido a su condición de unicidad y temporalidad. En este sentido, el servicio de latonería es un ejemplo claro de esta particularidad, requiriendo de esta manera herramientas que disminuyan la incertidumbre en cuanto a costos, tiempo y calidad. Los temparios son herramientas importantes para los servicios de mecánica y latonería de los concesionarios, permitiendo determinar el costo y el tiempo que llevara a cabo la reparación del vehículo. La validación del tempario tiene como objetivo diseñar un modelo estadístico, que permita definir las variables preponderantes para comparar los tiempos observados con los tiempos establecidos en el tempario y mediante un análisis estadístico evaluar si los tiempos del tempario son semejantes o no están acordes a los tiempos reales de trabajo observados en el taller de latonería. El proceso de validación inició con etapa de desarrollo del modelo estadístico, donde se identificó la población en estudio, las variables necesarias y se realizó la recopilación de la información aplicando un estudio de tiempos. En la segunda etapa se tabuló y analizó la información obtenida mediante la prueba de hipótesis Chi-Cuadrado de homogeneidad. El resultado de la prueba de hipótesis para el tempario de enderezado concluyó que los tiempos obtenidos mediante estudio de tiempos son homogéneos con respecto a los tiempos establecidos por el tempario. El resultado para el tempario de pintura concluyó que no hay homogeneidad con respecto a los tiempos obtenidos en el estudio de tiempos.
