dc.description | Esta investigación analiza las estrategias de gestión de conflictos por el agua que usan los líderes de las juntas de agua, y su relación con el Desarrollo Local Sustentable. Para esto se usó un diseño de estudio de casos, en donde se analizó dos parroquias. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de entrevistas, observaciones y test, y fueron analizados a través de estrategias cualitativas y cuantitativas. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que: los tipos de conflicto por el agua que predominan son de tipo Intra organizacional de carácter Social, que se dan entre los usuarios de las Juntas de Agua; en cuanto a la gestión de los conflictos, los líderes aplican principalmente las estrategias de Negociar, Competir y Evitar, y en menor medida las estrategias Ceder, Colaborar y Mediación; en relación a los Conflictos Resueltos, las estrategias que mejores resultados les ha dado son: Negociar, Competir y Colaborar; finalmente se determina que estas estrategias tienen relación positiva con el Desarrollo Local Sustentable, porque garantiza el derecho humano al agua, a través de su disponibilidad, su gestión sostenible y el saneamiento para todos. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | This research analyzes water conflict management strategies used by the leaders of water and their relationship with Sustainable Local Development. For this, a case study design was used, where two parishes were analyzed as case studies. The data were collected through interviews, observations and tests, and they were analyzed through qualitative and quantitative strategies. The results obtained show that: the types of conflict over water that predominate are of an intraorganizational nature and of a social nature, that occur among the users of the Water Boards; In terms of conflict management, leaders mainly apply the Negotiate, Compete and Avoid strategies, and to a lesser extent, the Cede, Collaborate and Mediation strategies; In relation to the Resolved Conflicts, the strategies that have given the best results are: Negotiate, Compete and Collaborate; Finally, it is determined that these strategies have a positive relationship with Sustainable Local Development, because it guarantees the human right to water, through its availability, its sustainable management and sanitation for all. | es_ES |
