| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación está enfocado en un examen especial al Consumo Interno y Comercialización de los materiales orgánicos denominados compost y humus pertenecientes a la Empresa Pública Municipal de Aseo de Cuenca (EMAC E.P.), durante el periodo 2016. El examen es realizado para determinar el nivel de eficacia y eficiencia sobre el control de los materiales, antes, durante y después de los procesos de consumo y venta de los mismos. La metodología que se utilizó para el desarrollo del examen se basa en técnicas cuantitativas y cualitativas, además se utilizó técnicas de verificación tales como: Ocular, Escrita, Verbal, Documental y Física. También se realizó la evaluación del control interno y la aplicación de los distintos procedimientos de auditoria permitiendo elaborar un informe final. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present titration work is focused on a special examination to internal consumption and the commercialization of the organic materials denominated Compost and Humus belonging to the Empresa Pública Municipal de Aseo de Cuenca (EMAC E.P.), during the 2016 period. The examination is performed out to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency over the control of the Compost and the Humus, before, during and after of the processes of consumption and sale of the same. The methodology used for the development of the exam is based on quantitative and qualitative techniques, in addition to verification techniques such as: Ocular, Written, Verbal, Documentary and Physics.
