| dc.description | El siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la Ley Orgánica para evitar la especulación sobre el valor de las tierras y fijación de tributos y el Principio de no Confiscación, para ello esta investigación se ha dividido en tres capítulos. En el primer capítulo estudiaremos los conceptos básicos, antecedentes históricos y normativos, de tal manera que se pueda brindar un marco en el que se comprenda de mejor manera los conceptos que abarca la Ley en cuestión. En el segundo capítulo examinaremos los Principios del Derecho Tributario reconocidos por la legislación ecuatoriana y el Principio de no Confiscación, para finalmente en el tercer capítulo analizar a profundidad la Ley Orgánica para evitar la especulación sobre el valor de las tierras y fijación de tributos, los motivos de su creación, los objetivos que pretendía cumplir, esto con el propósito de determinar si la ahora ya derogada Ley Orgánica resultaba ser o no confiscatoria | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The following research work aims to analyze the Organic Law to avoid speculation on the value of land and taxation and the principle of non-confiscation, for this investigation has been divided into three chapters. In the first chapter we will study the basic concepts, historical and normative antecedents, in such a way that a framework can be provided in which the concepts covered by the Law in question are better understood.
