La reparación integral en el femicidio

Abstract

This research project focuses on Comprehensive Repair in the criminal type of Femicide. It is based on a general illustration of Femicide as such, with its; antecedents, conceptions, controversies, debates and their classification, to continue with a specific study of this autonomous criminal offense within our criminal legal system. Following the same line, the institution of Integral Reparation is dealt with in a general way, and then this figure is analyzed in relation to the criminal type Femicide, with its; reparation mechanisms and victims of this crime. Finally, we examine the characteristics of integral reparation within the sentence, the judicial activity, the disposition of repair measures by judges and with the aim of having an approach to a reality, of how integral reparation is developing in the Femicide processes. With all the information previously obtained from these two legal figures, examines the cases of Femicide that have been prosecuted so far in the province of Azuay, with attention to the mechanisms of reparation provided in the sentences. Already to establish the local reality of the reparation to the victims in the Femicide, with the support to the information already obtained, it is given the handling of interviews to some of the victims and the procedural parts that intervened in these criminal cases within the Azuay and the same ones that already obtained a conviction sentence.
