The trust placed by the owners starting from the manager to the radio reporter has made this story more important and valuable every day, since not everyone has the opportunity to have or get a job before finishing university studies. That is why it has been decided to capture every word, learning and knowledge offered within Radio Tomebamba in a single experience. Extracting all the experiences lived is one of the foundations that is intended to be achieved by counting step by step each of the days within working hours. In this way the radio will be able to realize the importance of its functions from the management to the news staff.

La confianza que depositan los directivos empezando desde el gerente hasta el reportero de la radio, en si todo el equipo hacen que esta historia sea cada día más importante y valiosa, ya que no todos tenemos la oportunidad de tener o conseguir un trabajo antes de terminar los estudios superiores. Por eso se ha decidido plasmar cada palabra, aprendizaje y conocimiento brindado dentro de Radio la Voz del Tomebamba en una sola experiencia. Extraer todas las experiencias vividas es uno de los fundamentos que se pretende lograr contando paso a paso cada uno de los días dentro del horario laboral. De esta manera la radio podrá darse cuenta de la importancia que tiene sus funciones desde la gerencia hasta el personal de noticias.
