| dc.description | Con la globalización, el progreso tecnológico y sus efectos; la rapidez de la vida se torna cada vez más veloz. Las primeras en sentir este movimiento, más vertiginoso que la luz, son las organizaciones y empresas que deben acudir a la búsqueda de competitividad y crecimiento continuo mediante cualquier método. Uno de los paradigmas sembrado por los países desarrollados, es que la receta se encuentra en la innovación tecnológica, por ello se justifica de sobremanera el esfuerzo y la generación amplia de datos para su medición en este tipo de zonas. Sin embargo en Latinoamérica, la innovación es causa de grandes interrogantes, desde su concepto, hasta la obtención de registros para su medición, campo en el que existen muchas limitaciones de obtención, generación y procesamiento de datos, sin embargo son dudas de todos los países que pretendemos investigar sobre la ciencia, tecnología e innovación, entre los que se incluye Ecuador, pues todos pretendemos descubrir relaciones y claves del desarrollo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | With globalization, technological progress and its effects; the speed of life becomes faster and faster. The first to feel this movement, more vertiginous than light, are the organizations and companies that must go to the search of competitiveness and continuous growth by any method. One of the paradigms planted by developed countries is that the recipe is found in technological innovation, which is why the effort and extensive generation of data is justified for its measurement in this type of area. However, in Latin America, innovation is a cause of great questions, from its concept, to obtaining records for its measurement, a field in which there are many limitations of obtaining, generating and processing data, however, they are doubts of all countries that we intend to investigate on science, technology and innovation, among which Ecuador is included, because we all intend to discover relationships and keys to development. | es_ES |
