| dc.description | En la ciudad de Cuenca, actualmente se pueden encontrar varias empresas que brindan servicios de transporte turístico terrestre, sin embargo, las únicas empresas que prestan el servicio de buses turísticos panorámicos son Cotratudossa y VanService Internacional, que trabajan conjuntamente en el ámbito económico, y de manera independiente en cuanto al recurso humano, dando lugar a varios inconvenientes en la prestación del servicio. Con este proyecto de intervención se pretende analizar la situación actual de la empresa, para identificar las debilidades que presentan las diferentes áreas de operación y que son percibidas por el usuario. Las estrategias de mejoramiento presentadas en este proyecto servirán de guía, una vez que la empresa se consolide legalmente como Operadora de Turismo Cuenca Sightseeing Tours, para mejorar la calidad del servicio prestado. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In the Cuenca city, you can find several companies that provide tourist ground transportation services, however, the only companies that provide the service of panoramic tour buses are Cotratudossa and VanService International, which work together in the economic aspect, and independently in terms of human resources, giving rise to several disadvantages in the provision of the service.
