Aplicación de la educación sexual como eje transversal de la educación general básica superior en los colegios de la ciudad de Cuenca desde la mirada de los docentes: un estudio de caso

Abstract

This work of investigation had the general object the way how implements the mainstreaming of the Sexual Education like a curricular axis for the part of the teachers of the Basic general education in the high schools of the urban area in the city of Cuenca, class period 2016 – 2017. For that, applied a qualitative methodological method, in this phase of data collection was covered for a population of 30 teachers who works in two schools in the city: one fiscal and other one particular. To this population applied a interview semistructured that allowed got a important information about the reality of the process in the Mainstreaming of the Sexual Education. After the process of the compiled information, could be establish 13 categories of analysis that contain information about every one of the characteristics of the process educative mentioned, chord the interviewed teachers. Whit this foundation, was possible to determined there are failures to specify the mainstreaming of the subjet about the human sexuality in the curriculum EGB, in the principals items it’s found the lack of training in the teachers, the lack of an educational work based on common objectives of educational actors and the improvisation in the desing of pedagogical techniques and strategies.
