| dc.description | El presente trabajo se desarrolla con la finalidad de mejorar la imagen urbana de la ciudad de Macas y con ello la insatisfacción por parte de la población, esto debido a las deficientes condiciones tanto en infraestructura como en diseño que se encuentran los parques Cívico y de la Amazonía. Para el presente documento de tesis, se realizó un estudio que empieza en el primer capítulo con los aspectos históricos de la ciudad de Macas. El siguiente abarca la teoría necesaria para abordar proyectos urbano arquitectónicos. En el tercero o fase de diagnóstico se conoce el estado actual del área de estudio, los factores y variables que influyen y condicionan el diseño del proyecto. Y como fase final de este documento se elaboraron un análisis espacial empleando metodologías para así poder desarrollar el anteproyecto de la mejor manera. | es_ES |
