Propuesta para la implementación de puentíng y rápel en la parroquia San Sebastián del cantón Sígsig

Abstract

The current investigation project called Proposal for the implementation of the activities of Puening and Rappel in the Parish Saint Sebastian of Sígsig Canton (Azuay province) is aimed to diversify tourist offer through the inclusion of new alternatives as a complement to the existent offer as a way to generate a positive impact on its economy, social and touristic development. In order to accomplish this, a quantitative and qualitative methodology will be applied; the first case involves a survey application which will allow determining different aspects such as: interest, motivation, price and profile of people interested in carrying out this activities, on the other hand the second case is related to interviews and site visits directed to understand key aspects referred to the equipment for these kind of activities so as the characteristics, access and zone’s potential. All data will be used on the making of “The Proposal for the implementation of the activities of Puentíng and Rappel”.
