The states in exercise of their sovereign fiscal expenditures look to relate to one another in order to exercise their independence and judicial parity in front of other states with the objective of creating mutual convenience within the international community and to incentivize and generate commercial integration and solidarity
This investigative work will analyze the impact of fiscal independence and the right of taxation in accordance with international agreements and treaties ratified by Ecuador. In addition, it will study the harmonization of taxation executed by the country within the Andean community and the European Union.

Los Estados en el ejercicio de su soberanía fiscal, buscan relacionarse entre sí con la finalidad de ejercer su independencia e igualdad jurídica frente a otros, con el objetivo de lograr una convivencia pacífica dentro de la comunidad internacional e incentivar la integración y solidaridad en las relaciones comerciales que se llegaren a generar.
Este trabajo investigativo, analizará el impacto de la soberanía fiscal y potestad tributaria en la celebración de tratados y convenios internacionales ratificados por el Ecuador. Además, el estudio de los procesos de armonización tributaria ejecutados por el país dentro de la Comunidad Andina y la Unión Europea.
