Isperformedananalysis of flow in eachparkknowingthatthe more visitedisthe Amador flowerbyfind are surrounded of institutionsfinancial, educational and cultural that dan opening to aninfluxconstant. Presents a multicriterial analysisthrougharraysallowing to verifyeachprocessconductedduringtheinvestigation. A proposalallowing to increasethe nivel of greenareas in thecitythroughanintegratedsystemwithlandscapeviewthatprovides a satisfyingmicroclimateforitsinhabitantsisfinallypresented. |
| Description: | El trabajo contiene un análisis paisajístico del sistema de parques urbanos del casco central de la ciudad de Portoviejo, con el propósito de establecer el tipo de vegetación existente en cada parque así como las áreas internas y externas que lo rodean, considerando el área vegetal que mantienen la ciudad que es de 0.76 m2/hab., según fuente del INEC, no obstante mediante la investigación de campo se pudo establecer que ha incrementado en los últimos años llegando a 1.4m2/hab., la misma que está por debajo del rango requerido por la Organización Mundial de la Salud OMS que es de 9 m2/hab., puesto que solo Macas, Quito y Huamboya cumplen este requisito. Se realiza una investigación teórica del área central de la ciudad de Portoviejo, estableciendo que el área del casco central está conformada por siete parques como son: Parque Amador Flor, Plazoleta Eloy Alfaro, Parque de la Memoria, Parque 24 de Mayo, Parque Cayambe y Juan Montalvo, y Parque Juan León Mera; los mismos que se encuentran conformados por un total de 9581,11m2 de áreas verdes y 16649,10m2 de áreas duras. Se realizó un análisis de flujo en cada parque conociendo que el más visitado es el Amador Flor por encontrarse rodeado de Instituciones Financieras, Educativas y Culturales que dan apertura a una afluencia constante. Se presenta un análisis multicriterial a través de matrices que permiten verificar cada proceso realizado durante el trabajo investigativo. Finalmente se presenta una propuesta que permita incrementar el nivel de áreas verdes en el casco central de la ciudad a través de un sistema integrado con visión paisajista que proporcione un microclima satisfactorio para sus habitantes. |
