| dc.description | Las percepciones que tienen las madres adolescentes sobre la lactancia materna exclusiva puede ser variable de acuerdo a las condiciones diversas de cada madre, ya que las adolescentes constituyen un grupo social con sus propios estilos de vida, teniendo en cuenta que en algunos casos la alimentación materna exclusiva podría verse afectada tras presentarse experiencias significativas que limitan o facilitan esta práctica. Objetivo: determinar las percepciones sobre la lactancia materna exclusiva en madres adolescentes que acuden al Centro de Salud nº1 Pumapungo. Cuenca. 2016. Uso metodológico: se trabajó con un enfoque cualitativo en base a la teoría fundamentada que consiste en teorizar las percepciones que tienen las madres adolescentes sobre la lactancia materna exclusiva, mediante una entrevista a profundidad y observacional, las mujeres a estudiarse fueron seis madres adolescentes. Se trabajó con una entrevista semiestructurada y las grabaciones de las mismas se trascribieron a un documento digital mediante un procesador de textos, para el análisis se utilizó el programa atlas. Ti mediante las categorías, memos y citas, se construirán conceptos posteriormente una teoría que nos permitieron determinar los saberes populares que tienen las madres adolescentes sobre la lactancia materna exclusiva. Resultados esperados: los resultados esperados fueron identificar las percepciones que tienen las madres adolescentes sobre lactancia materna exclusiva a través de las diferentes categorías: importancia de la lactancia materna exclusiva.- ventajas de la lactancia materna exclusiva.- relación psico-afectiva madre-hijo.- vínculo familiar.- inicio de la lactancia materna exclusiva.-duración de la lactancia materna exclusiva.- abandono de la lactancia materna exclusiva.- conductas de la madre en la lactancia materna exclusiva.- horario para asignar a la lactancia materna exclusiva.- higiene de la madre durante la lactancia materna exclusiva.- culturas y creencias sobre lactancia materna exclusiva | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The perceptions of the dolescent mothers' of exclusive breastfeeding can be variable according to the different conditions of each mother, since adolescents constitute a social group with their own lifestyles, taking into account that in some cases maternal feeding could be affected by significant experiences that limit or facilitate this practice. These perceptions will allow us to know the popular knowledge of adolescents in order to promote, rescue or maintain exclusive breastfeeding. Objective: to determine the perceptions about exclusive breastfeeding in adolescent mothers who attend the Pumapungo health center nº1. Basin. 2016. Methodological use: we worked with a qualitative approach based on the theory based on the theory of the perceptions of adolescent mothers on exclusive breastfeeding, through an in-depth and observational interview, the women to be studied were six teenage mothers.
