| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto realizar un análisis detallado y crítico de la Constitución y la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos con la finalidad de determinar la influencia que ha tenido este instrumento internacional en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico, con un especial enfoque en los derechos de protección, buscando exponer los medios adecuados para la tutela efectiva de estos derechos de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en la Constitución y lo establecido en la convención y otros instrumentos internacionales, trascendentales para generar seguridad jurídica y confianza en el sistema judicial, entendiendo así, que el estado está obligado a proporcionar a los ciudadanos los medios adecuados y eficaces para la protección y respeto de los derechos humanos y fundamentales. | es_ES |
