Estrategias pedagógicas aplicadas en la enseñanza-aprendizaje del pasillo ecuatoriano: caso de estudio, estudiantes de guitarra del Colegio de Artes Machala. Ecuador

Abstract

The article presents the main results of the pedagogical research on the teaching-learning process of the Ecuadorian pasillo realized at the "Machala" School of Arts, with the aim of designing a methodological strategy based on the methods of musical education in Kodály and Willems, as an alternative to motivate and arouse the interest of guitar students by this genre. The methods of scientific observation, bibliographical and documentary revision, analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive and statistical methods were used. The field information was obtained through the techniques of observation to the actions of the teacher in the classes and interviews to the research strata related to the object of study, 6 teachers and 12 students. The application of this novel strategy allowed raising the level of knowledge, interest and motivation for the Ecuadorian pasillo considered the national musical symbol of Ecuador
