| dc.description | El modelo de Balanced Scorecard que se presenta en este trabajo de investigación, está basado en los conceptos definidos por los autores norteamericanos Robert Kaplan y David Norton, el cual establece unir el control operativo a corto plazo con la visión y la estrategia a largo plazo de la empresa, considerando a la organización desde cuatro perspectivas vitales: Finanzas, Clientes, Procesos y Desarrollo y Aprendizaje. De igual manera persigue alcanzar los resultados planteados por la empresa, sincronizando y adecuando de un modo efectivo las actividades y esfuerzos de las diferentes unidades de negocio, procesos y departamentos que la conforman, a través de dos niveles diferenciados y a la vez complementarios entre sí: a nivel horizontal, en términos de sincronización interdepartamental y vertical el cual promueve que todos los niveles de la organización participen activamente en la misión y se involucren hacia el logro de los objetivos de la compañía de los que son partícipes en términos de creación.The Balanced Scorecard model presented in this research is based on the concepts defined by North American authors Robert Kaplan and David Norton. The model establishes unity within short term operational control with the long term vision and strategy of the company according to the organization from four vital perspectives: Finance, Clientele, Processes, Development and Apprenticeship. In the same way, the model pursues to achieve the established results through organization, synchronizing and adapting, in an effective way, the activities and efforts of the various business units, processes and departments that shape it. This is done through two distinct levels that at the same time, complement each other: a horizontal level, in terms of interdepartmental synchronization; and vertical, which encourages that all levels of the organization actively participate in the mission and engage themselves in achieving the company s objectives of those who are participants in terms of creation | es_ES |
