Estos hechos se han convertido en la segunda causa de muerte en nuestro país por lo tanto es necesario exigir al Estado Ecuatoriano la enseñanza obligatoria en educación vial, conforme establece la Ley Orgánica de Transporte Terrestre, Tránsito y Seguridad Vial (LOTTTSV); y de esta manera reducir el índice de los accidentes de tránsito. | es_ES |
