| dc.description | El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad determinar si existe doble imposición tributaria en el Cantón Cuenca, sobre la propiedad de los vehículos motorizados, pues actualmente al matricular un vehículo se pagan varios impuestos de diferentes entidades, pero que tienen un mismo objeto imponible. En el primer capítulo se da a conocer nociones y conceptos básicos, así como datos históricos y clasificación de los tributos que nos ayudarán a reconocer cada uno de los impuestos estudiados, además de principios y elementos que serán la fundamentación teórica de esta investigación. En el segundo capítulo se identificará las clases de doble tributación que existen y se analizará la legislación comparada. En cuanto al tercer capítulo se examinará la normativa vehicular vigente en el Ecuador y se estudiarán cada uno de los tributos correspondientes al tema de esta investigación. En el cuarto capítulo se realizará un análisis del mecanismo eficaz para evitar la doble imposición. Finalmente en el capítulo quinto se examinarán todos los resultados obtenidos en la investigación de campo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this paper is to determine whether there is double taxation in Canton Cuenca, on the ownership of motorized vehicles, nowadays at the time of registration of a vehicle it is needed to pay several taxes to different entities, but they all have the same taxable purpose. In the first chapter, basic notions and concepts, as well as historical data and classification of taxes are presented, which will help us recognize each of the taxes studied, as well as principles and elements that will be the theoretical basis of this research. The second chapter will identify the types of double taxation that exist and will analyze the comparative legislation. Regarding the third chapter, the vehicle legislation in force in Ecuador will be examined and each of the taxes corresponding to the subject of this investigation will be studied. The fourth chapter will analyze the effective mechanism to avoid double taxation. Finally, the fifth chapter will examine all the results obtained in field research. | es_ES |
