| dc.description | El presente trabajo de tesis tiene por objeto determinar cuan factible es el “ESTUDIO Y ANÁLISIS DE LA APLICACIÓN DEL MÉTODO JUSTO A TIEMPO EN LA INDUSTRIA DE MUEBLES, CASO CARPINTERÍA Y TAPICERÍA INTERNACIONAL CTIN Cía. Ltda. SECCIÓN PREPARACIÓN DE MADERAS DEL GRUPO CORPORATIVO COLINEAL PERIODO 2014”, con el fin de disminuir los despilfarros de materia prima, talento humano, financieros y mejorar el funcionamiento global de la empresa, buscando la simplicidad en el proceso de producción, lograr mayor eficiencia y calidad, reducir los costos de producción y disminuir los plazos de entrega para satisfacer de mejor manera los requerimientos de los clientes. Este trabajo investigación cuenta con cinco capítulos: El primer capítulo trata sobre la reseña histórica de la empresa. En el segundo capítulo se desarrolla el marco teórico del método de producción JAT. En el tercer capítulo se presentan las cinco fases de la aplicación del método JAT con ejemplos practico. En el cuarto capítulo se presenta el proceso de implementación del método de producción JAT. Finalmente el quinto y último capítulo se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones resultado de este presente trabajo de investigación. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis aims to determine how feasible is the "STUDY AND ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF just in time FURNITURE INDUSTRY, CARPINTERIA Y TAPICERIA INTERNACIONAL CASE CTIN Cia. Ltda. SECTION PREPARATION OF TIMBER GROUP CORPORATE COLINEAL PERIOD 2014 ", in order to reduce wastage of raw material, human talent, and improve the overall financial performance of the company, looking for simplicity in the production process, greater efficiency and quality, reduce production costs and reduce delivery times to better meet customer requirements. This research work has five chapters: The first chapter deals with the historical background of the company. In the second chapter the theoretical framework of JIT production method is developed. In the third chapter the five phases of the implementation of JIT method with practical examples. In the fourth chapter the process of implementation of JIT production method is presented. Finally the fifth and final chapter presents the conclusions and recommendations resulting from the present investigation are presented. | es_ES |
