| dc.description | RESUMEN Este trabajo investigativo describe los niveles de Agotamiento o Síndrome de Burnout en los docentes de bachillerado de la ciudad de Cuenca, además las tres dimensiones que componen el Burnout para así poderlo identificar, por último, conocer los factores y las consecuencias que trae el síndrome en los profesionales de la educación. En la investigación de campo, se aplicó como técnica la encuesta, con su debido cuestionario elaborado por Cristina Maslach y Jackson, en 1986, que fue analizada y modificada de acuerdo a las necesidades y a la realidad de los docentes de bachillerato, además se analizaron otros puntos que son clave para identificar otros factores que están presentas en los docentes que presentaron el síndrome de Burnout. En este trabajo de investigación se pudo determinar que el 59,45% de los docentes presentan un alto nivel de agotamiento, sin descartar que el 40,54% de los docentes tengan un nivel medio de agotamiento. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research paper describes the levels of exhaustion, or burnout syndrome, in High School teachers of the city of Cuenca; as well as the three dimensions that make up the Burnout syndrome so that it can identified.Finally, the paper aims at understanding the factors and consequences that this syndrome causes to educational professionals. A technical surveywhich included the 1986 Cristina Maslachand Jackson questionnaire was applied in the field research. This tool was analyzed and modified according to the needs and realities of high school teachers. Additionally, some key points that are important to identify factors that are evident on teachers who presented burnout syndrome were analyzed. Through this research, it was determined that 59.45% of teachers have a high level of exhaustion, without ruling out that 40.54% of teachers have an average level of exhaustion. | es_ES |
