| dc.description | Este proyecto tiene como objetivo dar una respuesta a la caótica realidad de los mercados y ferias en nuestra ciudad, proponiendo un nuevo modelo que basándose en la historia y en la actualidad rescate elementos esenciales para un mercado. Se estudian referentes internacionales, se analizan y valoran mercados y ferias existentes en Cuenca, esto nos ayuda a tomar decisiones para el proyecto tipo. En la búsqueda del lugar donde se emplazara el proyecto, se escogió la plaza central de Sayausí, que no cuenta con ningún tipo de intervención y que por sus condiciones es ideal para la propuesta. En esta plaza se desarrolla una feria itinerante los días Domingo y el resto de la semana otras actividades, pero no es más que una explanada vacía de tierra. La modulación y los elementos tipo se pueden adaptar a cualquier sitio y se deja la posibilidad de añadir nuevos módulos según las necesidades a futuro. | dc.description.abstract | The objective of this Project is to respond to the chaotic reality of markets and fairs in our city, proposing a new model that based on history and actual reality, rescues the essential elements of a market. International benchmarks are studied; fairs and markets from Cuenca are analyzed and evaluated so this facts help to make decisions about the project type. In search of the place where the project will be located, the central plaza of Sayausí was chosen, it has not suffered any intervention and due to its conditions, it is ideal for this proposal. An itinerant fair takes place in this square on Sundays, and other activities are developed the rest of the week, but it is nothing more than an empty land. Modulation and type elements can be adapted to any site and the possibility of adding new modules when needed in the future exists.
