| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | General Objective: To develop interventional methodological proposal based on multisensory stimulation on children with disabilities who attend the Center for Child Development at the University of Cuenca "CEDIUC" 2015. Methodology: This study is quantitative, quasi-experimental observational. The study population are all the children who come to CEDIUC (N = 60). The shows are all children with disabilities (n = 30 children). Control group (30 children). Results: After the investigation found that the psychomotor development of children with disabilities multisensory improved after intervention. Pre-test results were 0 children with normal psychomotor development representing 0%; 3 children with mild retardation representing 10%; 11 children with moderate delay accounting for 37%; 9 children with severe retardation representing 30%; 7 children with profound retardation representing 23%. Post-test results were: 4 children with normal development accounting for 13%; 9 children with mild retardation accounting for 30%; 7 children with mild delays represented 23%; 8 children with severe retardation accounting for 27%; 2 Children with profound retardation representing 7%. Conclusions: Using the Test Samples T, our multisensory stimulation program obtained a correlation of .958, with a significance of p = 0.000, and an effectivity of 12.96933; intervention began with a percentage in the pretest 48.1490, and got in the post test a percentage of 61.1183 | es_ES |
