| dc.description | La Trata y el Tráfico de Personas es un problema social que atenta contra la dignidad de los seres humanos que han sido desplazadas de su País de origen en forma ilegal, con falsas promesas o con el consentimiento de sus familiares; todo esto con la „„ilusión‟‟ de mejorar sus condiciones de vida. Esta situación se desvanece cuando se ven enfrentados a una realidad muy diferente a la esperada u ofertada; esto es, condiciones de explotación física, económica y sexual, trayendo consigo consecuencias tanto físicas como emocionales a las víctimas y sus familias. Los objetivos se orientaron a recopilar información real sobre estos delitos de Trata y Tráfico de Personas que afecta directamente a la sociedad con la finalidad de obtener un material idóneo para la misma y para el Trabajo Social, además identificar las situaciones que conlleva a este problema, establecer los contextos en los cuales se presenta la Trata y Tráfico y determinar las consecuencias físicas y emocionales. Para responder a dichos objetivos se ha utilizado en la investigación el método deductivo. Recopilando información a través de la biblioteca, internet, revistas virtuales, etc. Este material analizado e interpretado permitió redactar la fundamentación teórica de la investigación. A continuación se definió la actividad delictiva de Trata y Tráfico de Personas y finalmente se hizo un acercamiento a la actividad de Trabajo Social proponiendo tanto procesos de protección y atención a personas víctimas de Trata y Tráfico como las posibles herramientas a utilizar por el profesional de Trabajo Social. La Trata y el Tráfico de personas son delitos complejos y requiere un abordaje integral, desde la prevención, la sanción, la protección y la asistencia a las víctimas desde nuestra disciplina, creando condiciones de vida dignas para que todas las personas puedan ejercer su derecho a desarrollarse libre y plenamente, y alcancen la reinserción social. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Trafficking and Trafficking in Persons is a social problem that threatens the dignity of human beings who have been displaced from their home country illegally, with false promises or with the consent of their families; all this with the „‟illusion'‟ to improve their living conditions. This situation fades when confronted with a very different reality expected or offered; that is, conditions of physical, economic and sexual exploitation, bringing both physical and emotional victims and their families consequences. The objectives were aimed at collecting factual information on these crimes of Trafficking in Persons that directly affects society in order to obtain a suitable place for it and for Social Work material, and identify situations that leads to this problem, establish the contexts in which the Trafficking presented and determine the physical and emotional consequences. To meet these objectives has been used in research deductive method. Collecting, information through the library, internet, virtual magazines, etc. This material allowed writing analyzed and interpreted the theoretical foundation of the research. Then the criminal activity of Trafficking in Persons was defined and finally made an approach to the activity of Social Work proposing processes both protection and care for victims of Trafficking as possible tools used by professional Work Social. Trafficking and Trafficking crimes are complex and requires a comprehensive approach from prevention, punishment, protection and assistance to victims from our discipline, creating decent living conditions for all people to exercise their right to free and full development, and achieve social reintegration. | es_ES |
