Abstract

We have a state constitutional rights, Ecuador has signed various international regulatory bodies and have developed other nationals. The rights approach has varied giving primary attention to priority groups.

Recognizing that this monograph makes a compilation of each of the regulations structured to protect people with disabilities prior to contextualize the reality of this population, describe some definitions that corroborate a clearer idea of the theme, complements statistical data, institutions and care programs also includes the important role that social workers as we develop our intervention. And finally this paper enriches articles written by people with disabilities and professionals from different branches concerning negative and positive linked to the subject experiences.
