| dc.description | La Central Eólica Villonaco, se encuentra ubicada sobre el cerro del mismo nombre a 2720 msnm, aproximadamente a 10 km del centro de la ciudad de Loja, junto a los barrios de Uriguanga, Payanchi y Rumicorral, extensiones que limitan con el cantón Catamayo. En la actualidad, en este sector no se cuenta con un servicio de telefonía fija ni móvil, que permita la comunicación efectiva en el proceso de operación y Mantenimiento de las unidades de generación, dificultando la ejecución de maniobras, monitoreo de actividades de mantenimiento, aviso oportuno de emergencias, etc. En tal virtud se hace necesario el implementar un sistema de comunicaciones que permita provechar la infraestructura existente entre las unidades de generación, la Subestación Villonaco y las Oficinas de la Unidad de negocio CELEC EP GENSUR. Con este sistema de comunicaciones, se garantiza la seguridad del personal de Mantenimiento de la central eólica al realizar trabajos en el interior de la turbina, en la base o a 65 metros de altura sobre el suelo natura, en Góndola, instalación en la cual no se posee ningún medio de comunicación ni interfaz gráfico que les permita verificar las condiciones de viento (velocidad y dirección), siendo estos parámetros fundamentales para mantenerse trabajando dentro de la turbina eólica o finalizar los mismos dentro de ella. Para lograr este particular, se pretende evaluar la infraestructura existente, considerando las limitaciones que se tienen al estar los aerogeneradores en garantía del fabricante, lo cual restringe la posibilidad de hacer cambios radicales en la turbina. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The Wind Farm Villonaco, is located on the hill of the same name at 2720 meters, about 10 km from the city of Loja, along with the districts of Uriguanga, Payanchi and Rumicorral extensions bordering the canton Catamayo. Today, in this sector do not have a fixed telephone service and mobile, enabling effective communication in the process of operation and maintenance of the generating units, preventing the execution of operations, monitoring of maintenance activities, notice timely emergency, etc. As such it is necessary to implement a communications system that allows provechar existing infrastructure between the generating units, the Villonaco Substation and Offices Business Unit CELEC EP GENSUR. With this communication system, the safety of maintenance of wind power stations when working inside the turbine in the base or 65 meters above ground natura, Gondola, installation is guaranteed which is not has no media or graphical interface that allows them to verify wind conditions (speed and direction), these fundamentals to keep working within the wind turbine or terminate them inside. To achieve this particular goal is to assess the existing infrastructure, considering the limitations that need to be wind turbines manufacturer's warranty, which restricts the ability to make radical changes in the turbine. | es_ES |
