| Abstract: | This researchstudythe theoryof Socialism of theXXIcentury, whichunderpinsthe actions ofprogressive governmentsin Latin America, specifically in theEcuador,whichthe hand of thepolitical projectofthe citizen's revolutionaims to achieveradical changes in thecountrytowards achievingGood Living.The paper presentsthe theory ofnew socialism, which contrastswith realityand displays thedegree of coherence ofthe policies implemented bythe regimeand makesbased onthe achievementsand limitations of theproject.
The researchmakes useof deductive-inductive-deductive method, using severalbibliographic resources, alsomethods andtechniques such asobservation and interview.All theseresources helpedestablishthe onsetand developmentof this newsocialisminEcuador. It made use oftheoreticalsources from thepromoters of the socialism of theXXI century(Dieterich, Harnecker, Boron) andalso those whohave workedon the issueof Good Living. Theresult achievedaccomplishmentscontrasts, contradictions andlimitations of thecitizens' revolutionafter 7 yearsof government withnew socialismtheoryand also withthe principlesof Good Living. Concludingthat political projectunderway, has modernized thestate,institutionalizedand returnedtheir functions.We also affirm thatthe citizen's revolution, but has developedseveral principlesof Good Living, on the other handhas certainneo-developmentalismfeatures incombination withneo-structuralistselements. |
| Description: | La presente investigación estudia la teoría del Socialismo del siglo XXI, que sirve de sustento del accionar de los gobiernos progresistas en Latinoamérica, situándose concretamente en el Ecuador, que de la mano del proyecto político de la revolución ciudadana pretende lograr cambios radicales en el país en pos de alcanzar el Buen Vivir. El documento presenta la teoría del nuevo socialismo, lo contrasta con la realidad y visualiza el grado de coherencia de las políticas implementadas por régimen y lo hace en base a los logros y las limitaciones del proyecto.
La investigación hace uso del método deductivo-inductivo-deductivo, y de varios recursos bibliográficos, también de métodos y técnicas como: la observación y la entrevista. Todos estos recursos permitieron establecer el inicio y el desarrollo de este nuevo socialismo. Se hizo uso de fuentes teóricas de los propulsores del socialismo del siglo XXI (Dieterich, Harnecker, Boron) y también de quienes han trabajado sobre el tema del Buen Vivir. El resultado alcanzado contrasta los logros, las contradicciones y las limitaciones que tiene la revolución ciudadana después de 7 años de gobierno, con la teoría del nuevo socialismo y también con los principios del Buen Vivir. Concluyendo asi, que el proyecto político en marcha, hasta aquí ha modernizado el Estado, lo ha institucionalizado y ha devuelto sus funciones. También afirmamos que la revolución ciudadana, si bien ha desarrollado varios principios del Buen Vivir, por otro lado tiene ciertos rasgos neodesarrollistas en combinación con elementos neoestructuralistas. |
