Diseño de un manual de gestión de compras y procedimientos para la evaluación y calificación de proveedores caso: Pasamanería S.A.

Abstract

The present job of this thesis, DESIGN OF A PURCHASING MANAGEMENT MANUAL AND PROCEEDINGS FOR THE SUPPLIERS EVALUATION AND RATING CASE: PASAMANERIA S.A., has as a general aim to design a proposal of Purchasing Management Manual in Pasamanería S.A. along with procedures either for the evaluation and rating to the suppliers development, using for that, a pattern descriptive research, documental, and field bibliography. This thesis job is structured in four chapters, which are described as follows: Chapter I, is described as a short history summary of the enterprise, its mission and vision and the institutional values, the enterprise organigram, and the products it manufactures, as a description of all its productive processes, finally it is shown the analysis of the present situation of the Pasamanería S.A: purchasing Department. Chapter II, it is incorporated the whole theoretical support, applicable to this thesis job and its application to the realized proposals. Chapter III, it is presented the proposals as the purchasing management manual as the procedures for the evaluation and qualification to the suppliers’ fulfillment. Chapter IV, it is described the recommendations and conclusions referring to the present job of the thesis.
