| dc.description | Este trabajo se centra en el desarrollo de un panel prefabricado de hormigón, reduciendo sus agregados con plástico reciclado y aplicarlo como recubrimiento exterior e interior de una edificación. En la ciudad y el país los desechos de envases de PET (PolietilenTereftalato) han aumentado exponencialmente en la última década; es por eso que su reciclaje y reutilización es importante ya que con ella se crean potenciales puestos de trabajo y se disminuye la huella ambiental que este material crea. Ya que el panel prefabricado se aplicará en una vivienda; se investigó la evolución de la misma en la en el país y en la ciudad, especialmente en programas masivos de interés social, observando de qué manera los usuarios han ido adaptando las edificaciones a sus necesidades con el paso del tiempo, y así poder proyectar una solución habilitación progresiva; para esto se buscó un sistema constructivo capaz de recibir los paneles a fabricarse y que también sea susceptible a modificaciones que sucederán con el paso del tiempo. Finalmente la vivienda prototipo se emplazará en un proyecto habitacional masivo que se propondrá en la ciudad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research focuses on the development of a prefabricated concrete panel, with a method that reduces it’s mineral components by replacing them with recycled plastics, so it can be used as an interior and exterior finish material in construction. In our city and country the waste that the PET (PolietilenTereftalato) packages produce has had an exponential growth in the past decade, due to this it’s recycle and reuse are a great matter of concern; also because of the number of jobs that this green initiative may entail. Since the prefabricated panel will be used in a dwelling house; the research took in consideration the evolution of housing in our city and country, especially in housing complexes with a social interest, noticing how it’s users have adapted the constructions over time to their needs; taking this as a design tool for the progressive inhabit; due to this a proper construction method had to be disposed, this method had also to be capable of receiving the panels as a part of it and able to adapt to changes over time. Finally the prototype dwelling house intends to be located in a massive housing complex in our city. | es_ES |
