| dc.description | La presente Tesis titulada “Auditoría de Control Interno de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito del cantón Cuenca, aplicada en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “Santa Ana” durante el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2013, contiene aspectos generales de la cooperativa, marco teórico conceptual, metodología de la auditoria, aplicación de la metodología y la comunicación de los resultados. El estudio práctico está dirigido principalmente al sistema administrativo, operativo y de recursos, con el objetivo de proporcionar una Metodología conforme al Marco Integrado de Control Interno, basado en la Ley Orgánica de Economía Popular y Solidaria (LOEPS) y el Reglamento general de la LOEPS. El resultado de la aplicación de esta metodología, lo que busca es validar y servir de herramienta para evaluar el riesgo dentro de las cooperativas, evitando que estos afecten los sistemas y de esta manera poder garantizar la integridad, solvencia y correcta toma de decisiones. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present thesis entitled "Audit of Internal Control of savings and credit cooperatives located at Cuenca city, applied to the Savings and Credit Cooperative Santa Ana" during the period from January 1 to December 31, 2013, contains general of the institution, a conceptual framework, audit methodology, application of the methodology and communication of results. The case study is aimed primarily to the administrative, operational and system resources, with the aim of providing a methodology under the Internal Control-Integrated Framework, based on the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy(LOEPS) and the General Regulations of theLOEPS. The result of the application of this methodology, aims to validate and serve as a tool for assessing risk evaluation within cooperatives, preventing the affection of systems in order to ensure the integrity, reliability and correct decision making. | es_ES |
