| dc.description | La industria láctea genera cantidades significativas de residuos líquidos, estas aguas se componen principalmente de sustancias orgánicas resultantes de la transformación de las materias primas y de los productos químicos que son empleados en los tratamientos higiénicos y sanitarios. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo evaluar las concentraciones de productos tóxicos en las zonas de descarga de los residuales líquidos, precisando su toxicidad sobre el medio ambiente a través de bioensayos ecotoxicológicos. Se determinaron diferentes parámetros físicos y químicos establecidos en la normativa vigente para los residuales líquidos de la industria láctea, el caudal de los residuales líquidos en los sitios definidos para la recolección de las muestras y la toxicidad de los residuales líquidos con protocolos de la OECD sobrePoeciliareticulata,Daphnia magna, Lactuca sativa,Zea mays y Phaseolusvulgaris. Los resultados evidencian un nivel de incidencia toxicológica muy variado en los biomodelos utilizados durante este trabajo, siendo las especies más sensibles Poeciliareticulatay Daphnia magna presentando un efecto muy tóxico. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The dairy industry generates significant amounts of liquid waste, these waters are mainly composed of organic materials resulting from the processing of raw materials and chemicals that are used in the hygienic and medical treatment. This study aims to assess the concentrations of toxic products in the areas of discharge of liquid waste, including its toxicity on the environment through ecotoxicological bioassays. Different physical and chemical parameters established in the regulations for liquid waste from the dairy industry, the flow of liquid waste sites identified for sample collection and the toxicity of the liquid waste to OECD protocols were determined on Guppy (Poeciliareticulata), Daphnia magna,Lactuca sativa, Zea mays and Phaseolus vulgaris. The results show a varied level of toxicological impact on biomodels used during this work, the most sensitive species Daphnia magna and Poeciliareticulata presenting a toxic effect. | es_ES |
