| dc.description | La presente tesis efectúa la evaluación de la eficiencia y eficacia del Proyecto de Intervención Social de Desarrollo Infantil del Centro Infantil del Buen Vivir (CIBV) Niño Divino, mediante un convenio realizado entre el Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social (MIES) y el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) del cantón Chordeleg; la misma que verifica el cumplimiento de la ejecución de dicho proyecto a cabalidad. En primer lugar, se desarrollan los conceptos de las palabras claves a utilizarse para el correspondiente análisis; luego se realiza una descripción del objeto de estudio referente al GAD Municipal de Chordeleg y al MIES. El punto principal de ésta investigación se basa en la aplicación de indicadores de eficiencia, eficacia y estratégicos, para ello fue necesario la elaboración de encuestas a los beneficiarios del CIBV. Para terminar se procede dar a conocer las conclusiones y recomendaciones. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis makes the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of Social Intervention Project for Child Development Children's Center of Good Living (CIBV) Divine Child, through an agreement made between the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) and Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) of Chordeleg; verifying the same compliance. First, the concepts of keywords used to develop the corresponding analysis; then a description of the object of study is performed concerning the GADMunicipal Chordeleg and MIES.
